About The Role

We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer with a unique blend of design skills and project management expertise to join our team. This role focuses on bringing creative customization solutions to life for our products while ensuring seamless collaboration across internal teams and our factory.

If you have experience in production art and working with physical products, this is your chance to contribute to innovative projects and develop custom branding solutions that delight our clients.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the customization team to understand customization requirements for various B2B products.
Utilize graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create and modify artwork for production.
Prepare and format files for print and digital output, ensuring high-quality standards.
Manage timelines and workflows for multiple projects, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Maintain organized records of all customized projects and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in troubleshooting any production-related issues that may arise during the customization process.
Ensure that all work aligns with brand guidelines and client specifications.

Qualifications

Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign, Keyshot if possible).
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in a production art or graphic design role, preferably in a B2B context.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with print production processes and file preparation.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Previous experience in a B2B or corporate environment.
Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
