What You'll Do

As an Trading Operations Associate at Trillion Digital, you will play a critical role in supporting and enhancing the firm’s back-office operations to ensure seamless trade execution and financial integrity. This position is integral to the efficiency of Trillion Digital’s operational workflows, focusing on trade settlements, treasury management, accounting, reconciliation, and performance reporting.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external counterparties to ensure timely and accurate settlement of digital asset and fiat transactions. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in maintaining accurate financial records, optimizing operational workflows, and supporting the firm’s compliance and reporting obligations. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to improve existing processes and contribute to the growth and operational excellence of Trillion Digital.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Perform daily trade reconciliation and post-trade settlement procedures, ensuring accurate recording, reporting, and timely completion of digital asset and fiat transactions.
• Support counterparty settlements and treasury rebalancing to maintain sufficient liquidity and align with agreed terms.
• Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and tracking trading-related expenses.
• Generate and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and metrics to enhance visibility into settlements, treasury activities, and operational performance.
• Collaborate on process improvements in reconciliation, settlement, and treasury workflows.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
• Provide documentation for audits and maintain financial and operational records with precision and confidentiality.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in financial services, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in crypto trading, brokerage, or execution.
• Proven experience in trade operations, settlement, reconciliation, and treasury functions within digital asset markets or traditional financial institutions.
• Strong understanding of institutional trading workflows, counterparty settlements, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software, reconciliation tools, and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with digital asset custody solutions and blockchain analysis tools is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while maintaining precision and efficiency in operational processes.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and counterparties.
• Self-motivated and eager to take on a critical operational role in a rapidly growing trading firm.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (Required).
  
  

Work Location: Remote, preferably based in Buenos Aires, with the opportunity to go to the local office for team collaboration.
