Job Description

As a Java Developer, your areas of responsibility and the tasks that come with it will consist of:

  • Create and develop code in Java according to the specifications provided by the functional analyst
  • Maintain and fix Java code according to incidents or change requests coming into the release pipeline and specified by the functional analyst
  • Participate in project estimates, for the technical part
  • Collaborate with the architect to define target solutions to certain technical issues
  • Create and maintain (JUnit for example) unit tests to guarantee a level of code quality
  • Participate in the documentation of the code as a whole
  • Assist the functional analyst in understanding the operation of automated systems

Profile

  • You have a good knowledge of the following areas:
  • Proficiency in Java programming languages
  • Understanding of the basic principles of OO (object-oriented) programming
  • Basic knowledge of SQL relational databases (e.g. postgresql or MySQL or Microsoft SQL Server)
  • Mastery of the use of an IDE (IntelliJ for example)
  • Basic understanding of continuous integration pipelines, deployment, and continuous integration (Jenkins)
  • Mastery of the following elements: Angular material, Springboot
  • You have good communication skills (both informal and informal) and you enjoy teamwork.
  • Finally, you have analytical and logical skills, as well as a willingness to learn all the time.
