Project Co-Ordinator

Barden is acting on behalf of one of world’s largest online retailer and marketplace to support the appointment of a Project Co-Ordinator.

This position reports to the Project Team Manager. A Project Coordinator thrives in a fun and fast-paced environment, this position requires heavy phone and e-mail communication with customers, utilizing a wide variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify and communicate effective solutions. The Project Coordinator will work within a team environment as well as communicate internally with other departments.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The position will report to the project team manager and is suitable for someone who will thrive in a fun and fast paced environment. The position requires excellent communication – dealing with customers on a variety of tools including email and phone. You will utilize a variety of software tools to navigate customer accounts, research and review policies, and identify effective solutions. You will have an opportunity to work within a team environment as well as communicate internally with other departments.

• Provide members with a personalised creative experience
• Work closely with members and co-ordinate the entire lifecycle of their projects
• Partner with publishing teams to ensure members are enrolled in the proper service package
• Work with internal departments to ensure a quality product is delivery in a timely manner
• Use a variety of software systems to navigate customer accounts and proactively monitor accounts to anticipate problems before they occur
• Meet all performance and quality metrics
• Initiate process improvement projects within the department and drive them through to completion

ABOUT THE PERSON

• 3-4 years of experience in a similar role – project co-ordination
• Experience working with high-volumes processes and ability to work weekends and overtime if required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office applications
• Excellent aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
