As a Learning & Development Intern, you will play a key role in supporting the design and implementation of initiatives that foster talent development and enhance employee growth within the organization. Key Responsibilities
- Program Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of L&D global and local initiatives, including workshops and training programs.
- Content Development: Contribute to the creation of engaging learning materials, such as presentations, role plays and handouts.
- Data Management: Track and analyze training participation, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Research: Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative learning solutions to enhance existing programs.
- Communication: Support internal communication efforts to promote learning opportunities and events.
Requirements
Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
Languages: Fluency in both Italian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or e-learning tools is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
