Fullstack Software Engineer – Python /Javascript in 3D & AI Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer to join a cutting-edge newly formed Platform Team. This team collaborates with a global R&D division to develop innovative 3D and AI-powered solutions that help customers visualize and design their products using mixed-reality experiences.

As part of this role, you will develop internal systems and tooling to efficiently process and release 1,000,000+ 3D assets for use in a large-scale ecosystem of 3D experiences. You will work closely with engineers and product managers to build data schemas, processing pipelines, APIs, and internal tools to streamline asset delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable systems for processing large volumes of 3D assets.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to design efficient data structures and workflows.
• Build and enhance ETL workflows using DAG pipeline tools.
• Develop APIs and tools to support internal 3D asset pipelines.
• Contribute to front-end development for internal systems using React.

Requirements

- Highly-proficient Python programming in a cloud environment

- Experience with Django full-stack development

- Experience with ETL workflows using DAG pipeline tools (Temporal, Airflow, etc.)

- 3+ years of SQL experience (PostgreSQL preferred)

- Some exposure with React-based front-end development (nice to have)

Bonus Skills

- Familiarity with 3D programming frameworks (Three.js, Babylon.js, etc.)

- Experience with standardized 3D formats (GLTF, USDz, MaterialX)
