We are looking for a passionate and dedicated People & Culture Coordinator to join our team and help us continue to build a supportive and engaging work environment.


What will you do


  • You will make sure that the personnel administration is accurate, up to date and complies with local legislation.
  • You are responsible for the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • You will process any changes in the employment and personal data of our colleagues and make sure to maintain our HR systems.
  • You will prepare payroll changes to ensure a timely and correct payroll administration of employees in different countries.
  • You will provide administrative and coordinative support to the People & Culture Business Partners.
  • You assist in organizing onboarding days, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
  • You are the primary contact for employees with questions about People & Culture policies, processes, and tools.


What you will bring to the table


  • You have at least 3 years of experience in HR administration and you are fulltime available.
  • You have an Associate degree in preferably Human resources.
  • You are available to work in our Amsterdam office at least 3 days per week.
  • You have fluent English and Dutch language skills as Bugaboo is an international company.
  • You relate openly and comfortably with diverse groups of people and gain the confidence and trust of others through honesty, integrity and authenticity.
  • You are a true organizer with a strong problem-solving mindset. You are tech-savvy, detail-oriented and you really enjoy adding value to the Bugaboo team!
