Responsibilities: As a Backend Engineer focused on API development using NodeJS, you'll be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable APls using serverless technologies like AWS Lambda.

You'll collaborate with relational databases and integrate with third-party systems to enhance and expand our platform's capabilities.

Hands-on experience with large-scale systems and a variety of NodeJS APls will be highly valued.

Your work will directly shape a reliable and innovative backend infrastructure that supports our bold growth plans.

Architect and develop cutting-edge APIs.

Take ownership of applications and backend services.

Contribute to building high-quality software within your team.

Ensure code quality and functionality through comprehensive testing.

Play a key role in technical decision-making for our products.

Requirements: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in API development using NodeJS and TypeScript.

Proven ability to build high-quality software with a strong focus on testing.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with various testing approaches (Unit, Integration) using Jest.

Exposure to AWS services.

We operate in a global environment.

Therefore, you need to speak English fluently - additional language skills are of course an advantage.

European Union Citizenship or Portuguese Working Visa / Portuguese Residency.
