We are looking for a Agile Coach, for a project based in Lisbon.

Responsabilities: The main role will be to support the group's transformation plan, both in terms of process optimization and automation, and cultural change; You will work cross-functionally with the transformation and IT team as well as with all other departments in the company; You will collaborate with other coaches on plans and techniques to accelerate the change of the organization, developing the teams' knowledge to facilitate AGILE transformation; Will be responsible for mapping the functions, processes and flows of the company, identifying continuous improvements and using Agile tools and methodologies to do so; Agile Coaching, facilitating the installation of a new mindset and guiding the teams in the proper application of the methodologies.

Requirements : Previous experience as Agile Coach; Mastery of Agile methodologies; Experience in using Agile tools; Growth mindset and "Agile" mentality; Ability to work well under pressure and tight timeframes; Interest to learn the Business; Present creativity, Resilience, Empathy and Ethic; Autonomous,organized and delivery-focused with attention to detail; Team player; Be Effective and Efficient; Very Good communication skills; Good listener, interviewer (Fundamental) and Observer; Present a good writing; Excellent synthesis capacity; Experience of process mapping in collaborative tools (JIRA and Confluence) is essential, being able to conduct interviews effectively and efficiently regardless of the area; It is equally important to have IT knowledge in order to identify and propose quick wins throughout the process mapping.
