Conversational AI Engineer

We are seeking a talented and experienced Conversational AI Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and programming with a focus on generative models.

This position is open at any of our locations in Romania, including the option to work remotely within the country.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cutting-edge, scalable conversational AI applications.
• Prepare conversational user flows, and process flows.
• Implement conversational flows in a Conv AI platform like AWS Connect/Lex, Cognigy, Google DialogFlow, or RASA.
• Integrate virtual assistants with other applications and web services.
• Develop high-quality, production ready code with optimal CI/CD pipelines on AWS/Azure for rapid iteration of the application.
• Work closely with the Chief Architect, Conversation AI team, product management, design and the rest of the front-end team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, German is a plus.

Requirements:

• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in building chatbot/Virtual Assistant applications using AWS Connect/Lex, Google DialogFlow, Cognigy, or OneReach, Microsoft LUIS, Watson.
• Develop web and mobile applications using Javascript.
• Experience with continuous integration, delivery, and deployment pipelines for distributed apps.
• Ability to Integrate with REST APIs or other back-end frameworks.
• Worked with training and testing of Bots.
• 4 years experience in analyzing real agents Chat conversation with the agent to train the Chatbot.
• Excellent expertise with designing Conversational Flows.
• Experience in defining bot personas and dialog design (NLU / Dialog training).
• Experience in Cognigy an advantage (Cognigy will provide training in case necessary skills-build up)
• Experience in UX design and/or UI development for web/mobile applications would be advantageous
• Experience in NodeJS and AWS, Azure components for deployment.
• Experience working on Agile Methodologies.
• Knowledge integrating web services and applications using REST APIs & JSON
• Must Knowledge of Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning algorithms, models, and principles.

Technology Stack:

• CI/CD development.
