In that team you will

• Design, implement and maintain resilient, scalable enterprise-grade customer collaboration solutions (Multi-site multi-clustered IP Contact Center, Communications Manager infrastructures)
• Provide troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance support for the ongoing contact center infrastructure services.
• Develop scripts/web tools for automation, reporting and monitoring tasks whenever needed.
• Research new technologies/solutions to provide outstanding contact center and Customer collaboration services for our customers.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• BS or MS in Computer / Electrical & Electronics / Telecommunications Engineering
• Knowledge on Cisco Customer Collaboration / Contact Center and Video Contact Center Solutions (Primarily UCCE, CVP, CUIC, Finesse, Outbound Option, VVB, WebRTC)
• Knowledge on Cisco Voice and Collaboration Solutions (Primarily IP Telephony, Jabber IM&P, Voice Gateways, SIP Trunking)
• Having at least 2 years of hands-on experience on the aforementioned technologies.
• Preferably having experience on software development and/or scripting for automation / reporting / IT4IT applications (preferably Java, Python)
