Global Product Manager - Digital Services
We are expanding our Global Products team with a Digital Services Product Manager role in our Singapore office to drive digital transformation initiatives throughout the company. You will lead and own digital processes to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
So, what will be on your plate? (Key responsibilities)
Product Type: Digital Services
- Customer Facing Portal (i.e Starlink Portal, Quoting Portal)
- In-house Applications (i.e Billing System, Alerting/Reporting System)
- Productivity Tool (i.e AI, Knowledge Base)
- Network, Delivery and Support System Automation and Integration
Product Development
- Define and drive new initiatives to digitally transform the company
- Gather, moderate and translate process requirements from multiple stakeholders into product documentation
- Utilize low code platforms to build working prototypes
- Work with UX product designer to finetune and optimize user experience
- Project manage and collaborate with developers to build and launch digital services for external customers and internal users
- Conduct test and training for internal users to be successful with the digital service
- Work with sales to integrate digital services via API into their end customers platforms
Product Management
- Be the product owner for existing in-house digital applications
- Collate bug feedback and moderate additional feature requirements
- Curate and track 3rd party vendor deliverables for quality and performance
- Performs other product related duties as assigned based on ad-hoc basis
If you-
- Have at least 2 years of experience with digital processes and product management in the enterprise B2B space
- Are comfortable working in a globalize environment with teammates in different offices around the world, across multiple time zones
- Are familiar with enterprise systems (i.e ZOHO, Business Central, etc.)
- Have great English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Have knowledge and experience in the telecommunication industry is a huge plus
