What The Role Is
You are responsible for managing various Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), with a focus on the Cyber National Service (NS) Workforce.

You are responsible for managing various Human Resource (HR) portfolios and responsibilities for the Digital and Intelligence Service (DIS), with a focus on the Cyber National Service (NS) Workforce.
What You Will Be Working On
- Develop and execute deployment and training plans for NS Workforce, such as NSF and NSmen
- Implement and administer HR initiatives and processes
- Liaise with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs) on administration of courses
- Guide and advise NS officers on HR matters
- Contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes
- Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and tackling unexpected challenges flexibly
- Working with multiple stakeholders and balancing their interests with organisational needs
- Enhancing service delivery to provide a positive onboarding experience and career journey for the NS population
- At least 5 years of work experience in HR-related fields is preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and in a team
- Comfortable with working with large datasets
