You manage HR functions to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement within MINDEF and the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), focusing on finance professionals.
What You Will Be Working On
- Develop career pathways and talent management programmes for finance professionals
- Oversee recruitment and performance evaluation processes
- Conduct talent assessments and manage succession planning
- Align individual performance with organisational objectives
- Provide expert advice on employment practices
- Develop onboarding programmes for new finance professionals
- Ensuring equitable growth opportunities across diverse finance roles
- Balancing individual career aspirations with organisational needs
- Keeping HR practices current with evolving industry trends
- Education in Human Resource, preferably complemented by professional HR certification
- Experience in HR management is preferred
- Familiarity with industry trends is advantageous
- Analytical and strategic thinking, excellent communication skills
- Good communication and writing skills
- Proactivity, adaptability and integrity
- Ability to collaborate effectively across all organisational levels
