Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework that supports business goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the current state of architectural practices and identify areas for improvement
  • Create and manage enterprise architecture documentation, including models, policies, and standards
  • Provide guidance on technology adoption, integration strategies, and architecture for systems and applications
  • Ensure compliance with architectural standards and frameworks across all technology initiatives
  • Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies and trends that can enhance organizational performance
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment and understanding of architectural decisions


Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a similar strategic role
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and methodologies
  • Experience with systems integration, application design, and enterprise resource planning (ERP)
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Relevant certifications in enterprise architecture (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman Certified) are advantageous
