About the job:


We are currently looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our team and support the delivery of innovative IT solutions in the manufacturing environment. You will play a key role in driving multiple IT projects across various European sites, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Primary mission is to facilitate the successful delivery of IT solutions by both pan-European and local teams, contributing to the digital transformation in areas like IoT, Manufacturing Data, Production Support Applications, Plant Logistics, and Production Engineering.


Your main responsibilities will include:


  • Leading the planning and implementation of manufacturing IT projects.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Developing and managing project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Communicating project status and updates to stakeholders.


Your Profile:


Education and Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a manufacturing IT environment.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT systems.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience.
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on fostering teamwork.


Languages:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
