Job Description Summary:

Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for the creation of engaging graphics for a variety of media and are stewards of Rocket's visual branding.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize visuals based on provided briefs and project needs
• Prepare and present design ideas that satisfy the brief and are consistent with the brand
• Develop illustrations, logos and other design assets
• Demonstrate comfort with brand color palette
• Close collaboration with fellow team members including Creative Services peers as well as project requestors
• Work with the team to evaluate design work through various testing protocols for accessibility and efficacy
• Serve as a champion of brand standards through visual design, assisting in the clean, on-brand delivery of Rocket presentation and sales materials from across the organization
  
  

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years graphic designing experience, preferably in an agency or other corporate environment
• A strong portfolio of graphic design and illustration work
• High proficiency with design software and technologies (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, and Powerpoint)
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Comfort working with project management software
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work methodically in a highly collaborative environment and meet deadlines

Annual salary range for this position is between €40,540.00 - €60,810.00 gross before taxes.

Salary range applies only to candidates in Lithuania

Salary offer for the candidate is determined based on the predefined salary ranges for the position and depends on the level of competence and experience of the candidate.
