Job Description

Insights & Analytics drive superior customer value by providing underpinned, objective insights and recommendations, unlocking the power of data to bring the voice of the customer to business decisions, and robustly quantify their impact. The market-based job family forms part of an integrated MI&A team, comprising CoE, Cluster and Market specialists orchestrated within a single governed function.
Your role:

• Analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders to produce their required reports, analyses, and presentations, helping to drive business decision-making.
• Leading data driven discussions with international stakeholders.
• Learn to pull raw data from many analytics platforms and create presentable reports in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working daily with international data and research agencies such as GFK, Nielsen, IRI, and more.
• Drive understanding of channels, categories, and competitors across Western Europe.
• Assist in client-specific and ad hoc projects to improve internal processes and procedures.

How We Work Together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
