Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferably in Engineering)
• 7+ years of experience in digital product management
• Proven experience in managing and leading product teams, fostering collaboration, and ensuring alignment with company goals
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to develop practical, scalable solutions
• Proficiency in Google Analytics or other data-driven tools to support decision-making
• Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies, with the ability to guide teams effectively
• Passion for UI/UX and a strong understanding of product analytics
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
• A creative, energetic, and positive attitude with a result-oriented mindset
• A team player who values collective success over individual achievement

Responsibilities

• Define and drive product strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market needs
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams to coordinate roadmap development and quality standards
• Gather and prioritize stakeholder requests, ensuring they align with business goals and user needs
• Identify and solve user pain points, optimizing the user experience with well-researched and effective design solutions
• Lead and mentor product teams, ensuring efficient workflows, professional growth, and a high-performance culture
• Leverage data analysis to inform product decisions and improve product performance
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and apply product management methodologies to drive efficiency and innovation
• Champion Agile and Scrum practices to streamline development processes and foster cross-functional collaboration
• Work closely with technology teams to accelerate product development and ensure seamless execution
