Graduate Software Engineer - GenAI/ML

The Graduate Software Engineer will support key application services projects for entry level technical roles for new/recent graduates. The role will expose individuals to professionalism in several tracks of technical software development practices, tools, certifications & methodologies across multiple industry.

Responsibilities

• Be involved in the development, coding, testing, deployment, and software maintenance of the applications and products.
• Collaborate with others to develop and deliver solutions with continuous innovation and bring new ideas to our clients, improving the way operations is run.
• Operate IT production services according to management protocols and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Together with your team, support various phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
• Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals and algorithms.
• Knowledge of AI concepts like NLP, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or transformers is a plus.
• Support in building and training machine learning models, focusing on natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI.
• Collaborate with senior data scientists and engineers to design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge generative AI and ML models.

Skills Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering / related field
• Knowledge/exposure in GenAI/ML. Relevant internship or academic project experience would be a plus
• Passion for software engineering in the emerging platforms or domains
• Track record of outstanding academic performance and co-curricular activities
• Willingness to learn and an interest in Information Technology services.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility and willingness to work on different projects if required
