Applications/RPA Engineer (Remote, Latam)

We are looking to expand our amazing roster with an Applications/RPA Engineer that is well-versed in developing and supporting automation solutions across multiple platforms and is located in Latin America. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:

10+ years of experience in Applications/RPA Engineering roles.
5+ years of experience with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, MVC), PHP, and PowerShell.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
Strong expertise in RESTful and SOAP APIs for system integration.
Experience with communication protocols (TCP/IP, SSL, SSH, SFTP).
Proficiency in ETL processes and data exchange formats (JSON, XML, CSV).
Ability to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions, including RPA, to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency.
Ability to analyze business needs to design scalable automation strategies, lead requirement discussions, and drive continuous improvement.
Ability to develop and optimize database solutions, ETL processes, and integrations to ensure performance, data integrity, and seamless interoperability.
Ability to build and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Ability to document processes and system configurations, ensuring compliance with IT governance, security best practices, and change control policies.
Ability to develop, execute, and document test cases while proactively debugging and resolving technical issues.

Nice to have:

Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate)
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of healthcare transaction sets (HL7, X12 5010).
