Fullstack Engineer – AI Climate Tech, Up to 85,000

An AI tech-for-good start-up is searching for a Fullstack Engineer to be employee number 5 and play a vital role in redesigning their application. This innovative platform helps global organisations achieve their climate goals by leveraging advanced technology to reduce waste, minimise carbon footprints, and enhance sustainability.

As the Fullstack Engineer, you'll lead the redesign of their React/Next.js application, including partnering closely with the CEO to craft user experiences and design backend API's and Postgres schemas to store data and integrate new AWS services.

The company has secured their pre-seed funding and with an already established client portfolio, led by a successful founder with a proven track record of building and exiting ventures.

This role is based in Vienna, hybrid in the office.

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in early-stage start-ups, comfortable to help across the business where necessary.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with React (Next.js is a bonus).
• Minimum 2 years of backend development experience with Go, Python or Java.
• Integrating API's, preferably with Flask.
• Familiar with UX/UI design principles.
• Knowledge or research of using LLM, prompting or fine tuning.
