Production and Process Development Manager

Your role and responsibilities

ABB Large Motors and Generators factory in Jüri, Estonia is looking for a Electrical Project Manager to join the team. In this role, you will play a key part in improving production processes, managing electrical projects, supporting equipment maintenance, and ensuring smooth operations across our manufacturing systems.

Working model is: Onsite

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage and oversee electrical projects from inception to completion
• Support production testing equipment and solve any related issues
• Lead and contribute to process improvements and equipment upgrades
• Ensure proper documentation for equipment and processes is created and stored
• Help manage maintenance processes in the Electrical Field
• Assess maintenance performance and take action if quality metrics are off-target
  
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Higher technical education (electrical engineering or equivalent job experience in the electrical field)
• Project management skills (Raci matrix, critical path)
• Knowledge of industrial automation equipment, 6-sigma, and 5S
• Understanding of electrical devices and equipment (ability to work with electrical systems is a must)
• Excellent written and spoken English and Estonian skills
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural team and focus on results
