The Role

As our Chief Financial Officer, you'll be the financial architect of Brighty's global growth strategy, ensuring we navigate the dynamic landscape of traditional and digital finance with precision and vision. With your strategic financial leadership and experience in cryptocurrency markets, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our financial future—pretty exciting, right?

Using cutting-edge financial systems, innovative treasury management approaches, and leading a talented finance team, you'll drive our financial success while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and transparency across global markets (EU, US, UK, and beyond).

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive financial strategies that bridge traditional banking and cryptocurrency ecosystems
• Managing treasury operations with expertise in both fiat and digital asset management
• Leading financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making
• Implementing robust financial controls and risk management frameworks
• Overseeing capital raising activities and investor relations
• Guiding regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions
• Building and mentoring a world-class finance team
• Partnering with executive leadership to drive sustainable growth and profitability

We're Looking For Someone With:

• 5+ years of financial leadership experience
• Proven expertise in treasury management and financial strategy
• Experience in or strong understanding of cryptocurrency/blockchain technologies (highly valued but not required)
• Understanding of international financial regulations
• Track record of successful capital management in fast-paced environments
• Exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA is a plus)

The offered salary range for this position starts from 5000€ (gross) per month and is commensurate with experience.
