Then you must be the right talent to join our team as a Press & Public Relations Project Manager!

Piaget is actively seeking a bright and enthusiastic Press & Public Relations Project Manager to join the team and make the Maison shine. You will play an essential role in supporting the creation of the press, celebrities and influencers strategy at the International Level for the Maison. You will also be instrumental in generating maximum brand exposure both offline and online.

Key Responsibilities

Press:

• Strategic Implementation: You'll be supporting the execution of our international press strategy, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all editorial platforms. This includes developing press materials (press releases, one-pagers) and coordinating interviews and photoshoots.
• Global Collaboration: You'll work closely with Piaget subsidiaries worldwide, coordinating local press activities.
• Budget & Reporting: You'll support the Press Manager in managing the press budget (using SAP) and preparing comprehensive press reports.
• Program Coordination: You'll manage the VIE program, including coordinating visits to our Manufacture.
  
  

Public Relations

• Celebrity & Influencer Strategy: You'll contribute to the implementation of our Maison’s Celebrity and Influencer strategy, working closely with the PR Manager. This includes supporting local strategies in collaboration with our subsidiaries.
• Event Management: You'll manage the logistics for celebrity and influencer participation in events, ensuring a smooth and successful experience.
• Influencer Marketing Expertise: You'll track and report on digital influencer campaigns, analysing KPIs, ROI, products and contents.
• Contract Support: You'll assist in the preparation of contracts, working closely with the legal team.
• Budget: You'll support the team with the PR budget handling (using SAP) and maintain accurate supplier documentation.
  
  

The Exceptional Skills We Are Looking For

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in PR within the luxury industry
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Dynamic with a collaborative approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
• Excellent prioritizing and time management
• PR legal skills to manage the endorsements contracts with legal department
• Social Media and Media landscape understanding is mandatory
• Computer skills including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams
• Fluent in English
