Project Scope:

We are looking for a Senior UI Designer to join our Client's team. The focus of this role is to create, update, and improve Figma UI components and patterns for web, mobile, and data visualization libraries. The project aims to consolidate various regional solutions into a single, standardized design system.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain UI components and patterns in Figma for web, mobile, and data visualization libraries.
• Create icons, illustrations, graphics, and short videos (e.g., tutorials) to support the design system.
• Develop and update information architecture, customer journey maps, stakeholder maps, service blueprints, and user flows.
• Conduct research, including in-depth interviews and usability testing, to gather user insights.
• Produce wireframes, low-fidelity mock-ups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Lead workshops with team members and senior stakeholders, both locally and remotely.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a user-centric approach.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in User Experience or Product Design.
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Proven experience in building and using design systems.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori-based projects and exposure to SAP BW (Hana) or SAP Analytics Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with prototyping software like Axure RP, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Ability to deliver user stories and manage product backlogs.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a creative and structured approach.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in international, remote teams.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant projects is required.
