As we gear up to scale, we're looking for a visionary yet hands-on Head of Technology who will shape and drive our technology strategy, architecture, and innovation. You'll play a key role in fostering a culture of experimentation and learning while ensuring scalability, security, and operational excellence. Backed by Telenor, you'll be at the forefront of innovation in the Nordic AI market, driving meaningful impact on society.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, scaling, and management of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring a cloud-first, scalable, and high-performance architecture.
• Take ownership of strategic B2B partnership management, collaborating with key technology partners such as NVIDIA, to drive innovation and technical execution.
• Define and execute our DevOps and DevSecOps strategy, embedding CI/CD, security, automation, and best practices to deliver AI infrastructure as a service.
• Develop and implement a technical strategy and architecture roadmap aligned with future scalability, security, and performance needs.
• Drive innovation by developing services and products based on customer needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and long-term scalability.
• Collaborate closely with our Venture Lead and Head of Business Development to incorporate customer insights into the product roadmap.
• Ensure compliance with top security and regulatory standards while managing technical operations.
• Maintain solid technical documentation and foster knowledge-sharing within the team.
• Contribute to technical sales and customer lifecycle processes, from early conversations to integration and ongoing support.

Who Are We Looking For?

• Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, with hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and scaling cloud environments (public, hybrid, and on-premise).
• Strong B2B experience with a proven ability to manage and negotiate strategic partnerships with key technology providers.
• Extensive knowledge of DevOps and DevSecOps principles, including CI/CD, security, and automation at scale.
• Proven ability to operationalize and lead AI, cloud, or tech ventures, driving strategic growth and execution.
• Deep understanding of architecture and experience building for scale.
• Strong technical leadership skills, with a track record of building and scaling engineering teams in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in managing relationships with technology partners, ensuring alignment with NVIDIA’s reference architecture and industry best practices.
• Strong business acumen and experience with technical sales, managing customer engagement for products/services in a growth phase.
• Fluency in a Scandinavian language.
