Store Associate - Norrøna Concept Store Gulskogen - Full-time

Norrøna was founded in 1929 and has been owned and run by the same family ever since. Our mission is to create the world's greatest outdoor products and offer unique adventures through a responsible business. The group employs approx. 500 people from 20 different nationalities.

Norrøna Retail is now seeking a store associate with a genuine passion for sports and outdoor activities - join our team at Norrøna´s Concept Store Gulskogen.

The position is a permanent full-time position equivalent to 100%. As a salesperson in Norrøna's stores, it is important for us that you understand the customer's needs and provide the customer with a unique customer experience. Furthermore, it is important that you are independent, capable of identifying tasks during busy and quiet periods, and possess a large work capacity.

Qualifications:

• Completed high school
• Previous retail experience
• Genuine interest in sports and outdoor activities

Key responsibilities:

• Sales and customer service
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Norrøna's outdoor products
• Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure proper product placement
• Assist in receiving and pricing merchandise
• Contribute to maintaining a high standard in the store
• Participate in the planning and execution of in-store activities and events
• Support the store manager and contribute to a positive work culture
• Be a positive and enthusiastic ambassador for Norrøna
