About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled Payroll & Financial Reporting Analyst with expertise in Oracle Fusion Payroll to manage and process payroll operations efficiently.

This role is a key part of our HR Department, ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and alignment with company policies while working closely with HR and finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the end-to-end payroll process within Oracle Fusion, including managing employee claims, expenses, and reimbursements, while ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing.

· Analyze financial data from multiple business units to support payroll consolidation, ensuring consistency and integrity.

· Develop and maintain visual reports and analytics for payroll, compensation, and employee benefits using dashboard tools.

· Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, including WPS, gratuity, and tax regulations.

· Collaborate with IT and Oracle Fusion teams on system enhancements, troubleshooting, and automation.

· Contribute to the enhancement of financial reporting processes and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience with hands on Oracle Fusion payroll processing, workflows, charts, configurations and Financial Reporting.

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR or a related field.

· Strong knowledge of UAE payroll laws, WPS, gratuity, tax regulations, and HR policies.

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
