Position Overview:
The Process Data Technology Specialist will be responsible for the strategic design and technical management of systems that support the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Human Capital Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. This role focuses on optimizing data processes, ensuring system efficiency, and enhancing user experiences while maintaining alignment with EDGE Group’s organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. System Design & Development:
Lead the design and development of HR applications, portals, and back-end systems to support core HR functions.
Develop data models and process flows that align with HR operations, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Build scalable, secure, and user-friendly systems for employee lifecycle management, recruitment, talent management, and organizational development.
2. Process Optimization & Data Management:
Streamline data workflows across HR functions to improve operational efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Implement data analytics tools to enable real-time HR insights and informed decision-making.
Maintain data compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, ensuring data privacy and security.
3. Implementation & Integration:
Lead the integration of HR technologies with existing ERP systems and third-party applications.
Coordinate with external vendors and internal IT teams to ensure seamless system implementation and upgrades.
4. Maintenance & Continuous Improvement:
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal functionality.
Continuously evaluate new HR technologies and recommend improvements or upgrades.
Create user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials for HR staff and system users.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with HR leadership, recruitment teams, and organizational development managers to understand their technology needs.
Provide data-driven insights to support strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning.
Collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams to ensure system integrity.
Experience:
5+ years of experience in process data management, HRIS, or HR technology implementation.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or a related field. Master’s Degree is a plus.
•Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in HR technology platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Experience in the defense, aerospace, or technology industries.
Familiarity with cloud-based HR solutions and SaaS platforms.
Advanced knowledge of API integration and middleware technologies.
Key Skills:
•Strong understanding of HR functions including Human Capital, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development.
•Proficiency in systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or other leading HR platforms.
•Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and database management (SQL, NoSQL).
•Knowledge of data security, privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and best practices for handling sensitive HR data.
•Strong project management skills with experience in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
•Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
