Are you a passionate Junior Web Developer looking to grow your skills in a dynamic and fast-paced agency? My client is looking for a talented developer to join our team, working alongside the Web Development Manager and wider agency team to support an exciting portfolio of clients.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining PHP-based event websites while also building live campaign events for a diverse client base. We’re looking for a motivated and adaptable individual who can work independently and collaboratively within a team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a full-stack developer with a strong front-end focus. You'll receive full training and ongoing support from the Web Development Manager to help you develop your technical skills and progress in your career.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise high-quality websites and web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
• Work as part of an agile, fast-moving team, contributing to project success.
• Take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
• Ensure websites are fully optimised for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility.

What We're Looking For

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of PHP and MySQL.
• Experience using GitHub for version control.
• Understanding of SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and responsive design principles.
