Co-Development Business Unit is looking for UI/UX Designer

This is a 1-Year Contract role (plus possible extension depending on project needs).

What will you do?

• Apply your design expertise to create intuitive and effective user experiences.
• You'll work independently on design projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Your role encompasses understanding user needs, designing application flows, and crafting detailed interfaces.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Partner with users and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand pain points
• Conduct user research and present findings with actionable recommendations
• Design and deliver high-fidelity mockups and UI concepts
• Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate functionality and user flows
• Develop and maintain consistent visual design language
• Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate design implementation
• Support the development of design pattern libraries
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX design with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design projects
• Solid understanding of visual design principles and UI best practices
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Excellent proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is advantageous
• Commitment to user-centred design principles
• Problem-solving mindset and analytical approach
• Scrum certification is a plus
