Senior Architect/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

-Leading role in Architectural design from concept through to schematic stages, design development and construction documentation.

-Experience in hotel/residential/commercial projects. Bilingual proficiency in English/Chinese, combined with design and project management expertise.

-Collaborate and communicate with a multidisciplinary team of designers to bring our Architectural visions to life.

-Engage with clients from start to finish, keeping abreast of all project statuses and progress.

-Develop and maintain client relationships across various international markets.

-Assist in business development and outreach efforts to expand our global presence.

-Travel as necessary for project management and client engagements.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.

-Well versed in AutoCad, Sketchup, Revit, 3DS Max / Vray, Photoshop and other design software.

-Creative with good design sense, problem solving abilities and attention to detail.

-Good communication skills, adept at fostering strong relationships with clients and team members across the globe.

-Able to multi-task with good time and design management skills.

-Demonstrated track record in managing and successfully delivering international projects.

-10-15 years of relevant Architecture working experience.
