We are seeking an AI and Data Consultant with experience in leading AI and Generative AI initiatives for corporations, specifically focusing on the oil and gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of upstream, midstream, and downstream processes, along with a proven track record of successfully deploying AI use cases and developing strategic roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the AI and Generative AI agenda for corporate clients in the oil and gas sector.
• Develop and implement AI strategies that align with client objectives and industry best practices.
• Identify and design AI use cases that enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.
• Create comprehensive AI roadmaps that outline deployment strategies and timelines, including short, medium, and long-term tailored opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of AI solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify emerging trends and potential competitive advantages in AI adoption.
• Design and execute pilot programs and hackathons to foster a culture of innovation and accelerate AI adoption within organizations.
• Assess current data governance frameworks and develop recommendations to enhance data quality, security, and accessibility.
• Establish best practices for AI implementation, including model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
  
  

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in AI and data consulting, with a strong focus on the oil and gas industry.
• In-depth knowledge of upstream, midstream, and downstream processes is mandatory.
• Demonstrated success in deploying AI use cases and developing strategic AI roadmaps.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java for data analysis and AI model development.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Apache Spark, Tableau).
• Knowledge of AI and data governance principles, including data quality, security, and compliance.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying AI solutions.
• Experience with data visualization tools to present insights and findings effectively.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and generative AI technologies.
