Job Descriptions

We are seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented communication and coordination associate to join our team. This candidate will work on multiple solutions and will engage with various teams within the information systems department internally, and with government entities externally. Therefore, presence and communication skills (written or oral) are essential to this role.

Roles and Responsibilities

Dashboards creation and maintenance for all security services provided by onboarding team.
Experience in office 365
Knowledge in wide range of cybersecurity domains (log analysis, incident response, incident handling, penetration testing
Experience in utilizing SIEM solutions
Ability to explain technical details to nontechnical people
Manage dashboards in Foundry, and SharePoint.
Dispatch, coordinate, and followup with all concerned team members internally
Dispatch, coordinate, and followup with all entities.
Archive and track all tickets, and requests from internal teams or departments.
Coordinate site visits and surveys.
Understanding of wide range of security products and services that are typically used within a large corporate environment.
Triage and investigate the assigned incidents.
Create and modify dashboards and reports.
Evaluate security products.
Communicate directly with the data asset owners and business plan owners during incidents.
Perform basic analysis of log files from different log sources.
Responsible to support issues from beginning to end and follow the documented escalation procedures.

Experience And Qualifications

Arabic Speaker
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or relevant field from a recognized university.
5+ years of experience in information security domain
Experience in SOC or Information Systems domain.
English proficiency proof (IELTS 6.5)
industry leading entrylevel cybersecurity certificates (Security+, CEH)
advanced knowledge about windows and linux/unix OSes.
Intermediate knowledge about vulnerability assessment and penetration testing.
Advanced communication skills (Oral or written)
