What You'll Do

Role Description:

Design and develop applications and systems. Perform business analysis and software analysis. May coordinate projects and perform system maintenance activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Application Software Development 6: Develop existing applications and contribute to development of new applications by analyzing and identifying areas for modification and improvement. Develop new routine applications to meet customer requirements.
• Applications Software Maintenance 6: Monitor, identify, and correct more complex software defects to maintain fully functioning applications software.
• Design and Conceptualization 5: Research and interpret data, trends, and benchmarks relevant to digital products/services design.
• Websites/Portals Maintenance and Update 6: Design and oversee the functionality, usability, and accessibility of business-critical portals/websites using content creation and management tools as well as digital media to ensure that technical continuity is maintained and development standards are met.
• Technical Developments Recommendation 5: Research and suggest technical developments to improve the quality of the website/portal/software and supporting infrastructure to better meet users� needs.
  
  

What You'll Bring

We are looking for a talented and proactive Software Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. As a Software Engineer you will work on designing, developing, and optimizing software solutions that underpin our IT infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone passionate about technology and infrastructure excellence.

Core Skills:

Strong understanding of Kubernetes architecture, API objects, custom resources, and controllers.

5-7 Year as software engineer with strong and proven skills in API design principles and frameworks.

Strong understanding of GitOps workflows, tools (e.g., ArgoCD)

Experience implementing infrastructure as code (IaC) with GitOps methodologies.

Broad knowledge about general infra (Network, Identity, Security, Compute & Storage and Cloud)

Collaboration:

Self-going and Ability to own and drive task and initiative to completion.

Strong in collaboration and fostering teamwork and cooperation.

Strong skills in communication to explain complex technical concepts clearly.

Good to have:

Experience with developing platforms

skills in developing in GoLang

Crossplane concepts such as Compositions, Providers, and API design for infrastructure.
