Open Role:
Product Strategy and Vision:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
- Work with Product leader to develop strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
Product Development:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, Analytics, CE, and Network teams, to develop and deliver high-quality products.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product milestones.
Customer Engagement:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering feedback and insights to inform product development.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and customer interviews to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Customer Experience, Marketing teams to develop go-to-market plans, including product positioning, messaging, and launch strategies.
- Monitor product performance and adoption post-launch, making data-driven decisions to drive continuous improvement.
Performance Measurement:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact on business objectives.
- Analyze product usage data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present regular product performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on B2B products.
- Strong understanding of the B2B market, customer needs, and industry trends.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of AI/ML models and frameworks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.
