UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

As a UI/UX Designer at Finance Buddha, you will play a key role in designing intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for our website and other platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to create designs that align with user needs and business goals.  

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Research: Conduct user research, including surveys, interviews, and usability testing, to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors in the financial services domain.  
2. Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to visualize design concepts and solutions for our digital platforms.  
3. UI Design: Design visually stunning and consistent user interfaces for our website and mobile applications, adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.  
4. UX Design: Develop user-centered designs by considering usability, accessibility, and overall user experience, ensuring seamless navigation and engagement.  
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.  
6. Iteration: Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and evolving business requirements.  
7. Design Systems: Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.  
8. Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.  

Qualifications: 

1. Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.  
2. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and completed projects, particularly in web and mobile design.  
3. Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.  
4. Knowledge: Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.  
5. Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
