The Role:

• Collaborating with product and research teams to refine visions based on customer analysis.
• Developing user flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Establishing UX guidelines and maintaining high technical standards across products.
• Working with tech teams to ensure efficient implementation while reducing bottlenecks.
• Continuously researching new design trends, generative AI, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in UX design.
• Prior experience in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end design process, including research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing.
• Experience managing end-to-end product design for medium- to large-scale products.
