Job Title: Project Support Manager

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000k Anually & bonus

Location: Hybrid / London & occasional travel across Europe


Job Purpose We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Support Project Manager to assist in the successful execution of enterprise technology projects across the UK and EMEA. This role involves supporting senior project managers by coordinating project activities, tracking progress, managing documentation, and facilitating communication between stakeholders. The Support Project Manager will contribute to ensuring that projects remain on schedule and within scope.


Key Responsibilities:


Project Coordination:

  • Assist in managing multiple technology implementation projects, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Track project timelines and report status updates to the Senior Programme Manager.
  • Identify and document project risks, dependencies, and change requests.


Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:

  • Support collaboration between Product Specialists and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to align projects with business objectives.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, engineers, and technical designers to support project execution.
  • Provide clear and consistent communication across project teams, including meeting minutes and progress updates.
  • Escalate issues to the Senior Programme Manager as needed.


Financial & Contract Administration:

  • Assist in tracking project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial policies.
  • Support vendor contracts, invoicing, and purchase order processes.


Project Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports and completion certificates.
  • Capture and share lessons learned to support continuous improvement in project execution.
  • Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management, support, or management within the data center, technology, or construction industries.
  • Exposure to managing projects across multiple sites.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in tracking and analyzing project data.
  • Ability to follow structured business processes and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to shifting priorities.
  • Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel across the UK and Europe as required.
