About the Role

This initial 6-month contract will see you spearheading a technology implementation into a new building project. Your work will directly impact the planning, budgeting, and monitoring of a large-scale capital works program, ensuring efficient delivery of a new building infrastructure fit-out.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of a technology into a new building fit-out
• Develop and implement systems for budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives and operational requirements.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Drive strong project governance, stakeholder engagement, and reporting.
• Facilitate workshops and change management activities to support system adoption.

About You

• Proven experience managing new building, relocation or fit-out projects
• Strong background in technology solutions for planning, budgeting, and project control.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment across multiple departments.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and risks in complex project environments.
• Familiarity with project governance and reporting frameworks.
