Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality client service, developing and managing client relationships, as well as overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the advertising industry, as well as the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Department: Account Management

Reports To: Grouper Account Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute client service plans
• Work with clients to define their marketing goals and develop strategies to achieve them
• Manage client budgets and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Represent the agency to clients and build and maintain strong relationships
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in account management in the advertising industry
• Strong understanding of the advertising process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Advanced English

Desired Qualifications:

· Experience in a variety of advertising disciplines (e.g., digital, creative, production)

· Experience in managing large accounts

· Experience in managing regional clients
