Are you a passionate UX/UI Designer driven by a deep understanding of human behavior and a desire to create interfaces that are both beautiful and intuitive? At Cuez, you'll be the architect of seamless user experiences, transforming complex needs into elegant, functional designs that feel just right.

Your insights in user behavior and your creative problem-solving skills will be the driving force behind our innovative SaaS platforms. You'll dive deep into user research, translate findings into actionable designs, and craft interfaces that not only deliver an intuitive workflow but also look stunning.

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a UX/UI designer, you will join a larger design and product team. In collaboration with your colleagues, you will:

• Craft and design every detail of our platforms and feature updates: from brainstorm and user research to pixel perfect designs and deliverables
• Come up with creative solutions for our design challenges
• Listen closely to end-users, understand their needs, and translate them into amazing UX designs
• Work closely together with customer success and development and be involved in every phase of our products, from inception to implementation
• Perform user tests and develop prototypes and wireframes to validate new designs and features
• Create and document our design system to help us scale our UI/UX workflows and keep consistency in our designs.
• Participate in and set up continuous UX optimization workflows

Your profile

• You already have 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX and product design
• You’re an expert in Figma and know how to work with tokenized design systems
• User-centric thinking is at the core of your approach and you have a strong interest in user research to inform design choices
• You are passionate about creating pixel-perfect designs and enjoy creating high-fidelity mockups that replicate real user interactions.
• You are a strong believer in “form follows function” and love to create user flows that make the lives of our users easier.
• Travel: a few times a year you’ll have the opportunity to travel to client sites world wide
• Language: fluent in English
• Location: you are based in Belgium and pop in to our lively office 2 - 3 days week
