We are looking for IT Security Analyst to join our Security Operations Center (SOC) team and play a crucial role in protecting our bank’s assets and data. If you have a strong technical background in cybersecurity, a proactive mindset, and experience in threat hunting and incident response, we want to hear from you!

Your role:

  • Engage in real-time security monitoring, threat hunting, and incident response to detect and mitigate security threats
  • Conduct and lead investigations of security events generated by detection mechanisms such as EDR, SIEM, IDS/IPS, AV, etc.
  • Conduct threat and security analysis to identify risks and opportunities for improving security controls
  • Develop and implement new security use cases and detection capabilities in collaboration with security engineers
  • Utilize Kusto Query Language (KQL) for advanced data analysis and security investigations
  • Develop and test cyber incident response playbooks to ensure effective handling of security incidents
  • Stay informed on the latest cybersecurity trends, attack techniques, and industry best practices

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in an IT Security Analyst role or equivalent cybersecurity position.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking infrastructure and network protocols.
  • Solid knowledge of network and application security threats, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience working with security tools, including but not limited to: SIEM, EDR, IDS/IPS, DLP, Proxy, URL Filtering, AV, UEBA, Firewalls
  • Hands-on experience with various query languages for analyzing security data.
  • Familiarity with the MITRE ATT&CK framework and its application in threat detection and response.
  • Willingness to be on-call after business hours as part of the SOC team’s incident response duties.
  • A passion for cybersecurity, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

€2,800 - €4,200 a month

The final offer (before tax deduction) will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate. Overall remuneration package consists of the salary together with other benefits.
