Software Developer- Limerick

Excellent opportunity for a Software Developer to join a thriving company in Limerick who are focused on continuous learning and collaboration.

The Software Developer will work closely with our Client’s data science team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all aspects of the agile software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to testing and delivery
  • Build and enhance clean, testable and scalable systems using a range of languages and technologies
  • Lead and contribute to internal design and architectural improvements
  • Take part in code reviews to ensure high standards and continuous improvement
  • Work closely with team members to define and implement innovative solutions

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or software engineering
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Min 3 years experience in software development
  • Deep knowledge and interest in image processing
  • Strong proficiency in full-stack development in Rust
  • Hands-on experience in utilising PHP, Laravel and NextJS frameworks
  • Experienced in using React
  • Experience in TypeScript is preferred, though capability with JavaScript using JSX or TSX syntax extensions is also welcomed
  • Familiarity with NodeJS
