Information Technology Project Manager

My Dublin based client are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager Manager to join their team on a permanent basis

Experience Required

• Responsibility for the delivery and benefits of large scale strategic projects following the appropriate Project Management Methodologies.
• Plans, directs, and co-ordinates activities to deliver projects from implementation to completion
• Leading, directing and overseeing medium to large sized teams of project resources working across multiple workstreams.
• Influence and negotiate on the project outcomes, often across multiple functions
• Prepare and present analysis, insights and recommendations to assist project movement
• Maintain focus so that projects deliver on key priorities and dependencies and are managed to realise business benefits to agreed timelines.
• Identify and advise on project level decisions that influence the direction
• Escalate decisions that cannot be resolved and work to find solutions

Responsibilities

• Have an academic record including a third level degree, preferably in a business or IT related discipline
• 4-5 years’ experience working in a client facing role
• Track record in the delivery of large-scale complex technical projects or systems integration projects
• Experience of one or more technology areas including but not limited to ERP, CRM. Digital Workplace, CX, Cloud Migration and/or integrations, Data & Analytics
• Experience in the establishment, training and management of teams
• Excellent communication skills – tailoring communications to suit a variety of audiences,
• The ability to translate IT strategy into measurable business requirements
• Have a track record of delivery with large-scale technical transformation projects.
