🎯About this role

You will collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to design and implement advanced AI solutions that drive decision-making and innovation. Your daily activities will include:

• Analyze raw data: assessing quality, cleansing, and structuring for downstream processing
• Develop architectures to streamline data science processes
• Support initiatives for data integrity and normalization
• Promote data-based decision-making across the company through reports and presentations
• Develop insightful dashboards to track performances

🏆 Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
• Fluency in Python, Pandas, and database technology (SQL, schema design and query optimization techniques)
• Experience in Large Language Models APIs and related frameworks like LangChain, LandGraph, LlamaIndex, or other Copilots frameworks
• Understanding of full software development life cycle and agile development
• Proficiency in Italian and English (B2+)

Nice to have

• Experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling is a plus
• Expertise in using BI tools (e.g. Looker, Looker Data Studio, Tableau, AWS QuickSight)
• Experience on E-commerce and digital marketing metrics
• Expertise in using scalable analytics techniques (e.g., PySpark, Dask, Modin, Koalas) and MPP databases (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake) for complex data assembly and transformation
