Campsor Capital is a crypto asset manager focused on market-neutral and relative-value strategies on cryptoassets.

We’re looking for candidates with a strong quantitative background who are comfortable thinking in terms of probabilities and expected value.

Job Description

Given our lean team structure, you will be exposed to every part of the company, from operations, to business development, to trading. The role requires an entrepreneurial mentality and willingness to defend and challenge ideas, as you will be expected to come up with ideas that contribute directly to the performance of the company.

You'll have the possibility to experience different roles within the company and move internally if available.

Job Functions

You will need to be flexible and entrepreneurial:

• Assisting CIO in day-to-day operations
• Managing onboarding with counterparties
• Managing relationships with key stakeholders (investors, service providers, management team)
• Organizing operational flow of the business
• Research new opportunities
• Monitoring cash flow and managing recurring payments

Requirements

- General knowledge of the financial markets

- Strong interest and knowledge of the blockchain/crypto space

- Ability to multi-task and juggle competing deadlines

- Excel modeling skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Track record of taking on new challenges and succeeding

- Fluent in English. Italian a plus

Plus and good to have:

• Knowledge of derivatives instruments (Option, Futures, Swap, etc.)
• Basic coding/programming skills
• Existing network in the crypto industry
• Crypto-native background
• Experience with DeFi

Conditions

• Remote, we may need in-office presence a few days per month in London or Milan.

• Base salary plus performance-tied bonus
