Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. One week of time you will be innovating for sustainable future and learning design thinking methods. You will also get a personal mentor who will support you throughout the internship.

Are you interested to work in cross-border Agile organization and help us with improving Open Banking partnerships and developing services on newly created Internet bank platform?

We have a roadmap full of very exciting developments related with different products and services. The challenges include rethinking the existing solutions and creating new ones using the advantages of latest technologies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Working together with product owner and the team to build best solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize software solutions using Java (Spring Boot), Angular, and other modern technologies in an agile environment.
• Building the solutions based on best practices and standards.
• Writing well-designed and efficient code along with unit tests.

• Are a student in Higher educational institution .
• Have curiosity about the latest trends in IT and willingness to follow them.
• Have some experience working with Java, front-end (Angular) experience is considered as a bonus.
• Are fluent in English. Lithuanian is considered as a bonus.
• Are outgoing & positive team player with can-do attitude.
• Are able to manage time & prioritize.
