Youth LAB is a paid international internship programme at SEB. You will dedicate five weeks of time working on real and meaningful business projects. Are you interested to work in cross-border Agile organization and help us with improving Baltic SEB Mobile app?

We have a roadmap full of very exciting developments related with different products and services. The challenges include rethinking the existing solutions and creating new ones using the advantages of latest technologies.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Collaborating with the product owner and development team to build innovative mobile solutions.
• Developing, maintaining, and optimizing software using Java (Spring Boot) and other modern technologies in an agile environment.
• Following best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality solutions.
• Writing well-structured, efficient code along with unit tests to ensure reliability.
  
  

To Thrive In This Role, We Believe You

• Are a student in Higher educational institution pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other engineering field.
• Are curious about the latest IT trends and eager to learn and grow.
• Have some experience with Java (Spring Boot) is a plus but not mandatory—enthusiasm and willingness to learn matter more!
• Fluent in English (Lithuanian is a bonus).
• A proactive team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
